This is the basic cycle we follow when starting and controlling a project. We begin on the inner part of the cycle and "Assess" the situation. We then "Evaluate" the situation and look at possibilities to improve or enhance the assessment. We develop a strong "Plan" that is presented and then "Implemented". During this time, we are working with several individuals on your team who will become the project leaders. After reviewing the "Results", we make our "Adjustments" (now we are on the outer circle) to the "Plan" and then "Implement" them again. We continue this cycle with several of your projects to ultimately get results timely and less expensive than if attempted internally. |
